Our Story
Hi, I’m Antoinette — a wife, a mom of three, and the heart behind Creekview & Co Arch and Events.
My journey began five years ago when I wanted to create a memorable first birthday celebration for my daughter. My husband and I were determined to make her day special, but hiring a decorator just wasn’t in the budget. With inspiration from Pinterest and Instagram — and a whole lot of love — I decided to take on the challenge myself.
Her theme was Minnie Mouse, and I can still remember the joy and excitement on her face when she saw everything come together. That moment sparked something in me. From then on, I started creating balloon arches and styling celebrations for my children, nieces, nephews, and eventually for friends and family.
What started as one birthday party quickly grew into a passion for designing beautiful, joy-filled spaces for all kinds of occasions — from birthdays and baby showers to anniversaries, church events, and beyond.
At Creekview & Co Arch and Events, we believe every celebration deserves to be filled with warmth, creativity, and unforgettable details. For us, it’s not just about balloons or décor — it’s about creating moments that bring people together and memories that last a lifetime.

FAQ
How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons like spring and summer. This gives us time to plan, design, and source all the perfect colors and materials for your setup. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible!
Do you require a retainer?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. Your date isn’t confirmed until the retainer is received.
What areas do you serve?
Creekview & Co Arch and Events proudly serves Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas. We’re happy to travel beyond our local area for larger events — additional travel fees may apply.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! All of our balloon installations and event designs include professional delivery and setup. We’ll handle everything so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. Teardown and pickup services are also available for larger displays or rental backdrops.
How long will the balloons last?
Our high-quality balloons can last several days indoors and sometimes longer, depending on the environment. Outdoor installations are more sensitive to heat, sunlight, and weather — but we always use professional materials and techniques to help your décor last as long as possible.
Can I customize my colors or theme?
Absolutely! Every event is unique, and we love bringing your vision to life. You can share your theme, color palette, or inspiration photos, and we’ll design a setup that fits perfectly with your celebration.
Do you provide breakdown or cleanup after the event?
Yes, teardown services are available for balloon arches, backdrops, and rentals. If you’d like us to return after your event to handle cleanup, we can include that option in your custom quote.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Your retainer can not be transferred to a new date. Cancellations, however, are non-refundable due to the custom nature of our work.
Do you work with other vendors?
Yes! We love collaborating with event planners, florists, photographers, and venues. If you already have a vendor team, we’ll happily coordinate setup and logistics to make sure everything runs smoothly.
